You need a Zappiq account and your embed script. Sign up here. This guide is for GoDaddy Website Builder (the drag-and-drop builder). If you have a WordPress site hosted on GoDaddy, follow the WordPress guide instead.
This works on all GoDaddy Website Builder templates — business, portfolio, restaurant, and online store templates.
Step-by-Step Installation
Open GoDaddy Website Builder
Log in to your GoDaddy account, go to My Products, find your website and click Edit Website or Edit Site to open the builder.
Go to your site's settings or any page
In the builder, look for Website Settings or the page you want to add the chatbot to. GoDaddy's newer builder has a SEO & Analytics or Third-Party Tools section in site settings that allows adding scripts globally.
Add an HTML section (if no global code option)
If GoDaddy's builder version doesn't have a global script option, add a new section to your page. Click Add Section → HTML to insert a custom HTML block.
Paste your Zappiq script
In the HTML section or the script field in settings, paste your Zappiq embed script.

Click Save then click Publish to push your changes live. Your Zappiq chatbot is now active on your GoDaddy site.
GoDaddy's Website Builder interface changes occasionally. If your builder looks different from what's described, look for a Custom Code, SEO Tools, or Analytics section in your site settings — these often contain a footer script field.
Verify It's Working
After publishing, open your GoDaddy site in a new browser tab or incognito window. The Zappiq widget should appear in the corner of the page. Click it to confirm it opens and responds.
